Had salt shakers outing on monday..met up with Michelle on tue. Haha yah lor..jeri pangseh! (: But nvm arh..I understand. Anyway u have ur sis and mum to go out with u during weekends..me and michelle dun have mah! =)

Heh..think I'm spending too much. So decided to stay at home mug for the rest of the week and next. And next next. Aiyah...wait till a job drops from the sky for me to work for 3 days..then I might be out in the streets with my big fat wallet again =)

Our teachers kept reminding us to revise year one work during the hols. But we only have like 6 weeks of hols excluding proj work. 6 weeks...can revise everything from jan till oct? And they gave us so much hol homework. Haha actually not alot of lah..but I forgot most of my work so have to flip through lecture notes again!

To non-christians: Do you know what exactly is Christianity? It isn't exactly a religion, it's a relationship..a lifestyle. We have God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit forming the Trinity. They are actually the same though..something like 3 in 1. Jesus bore the 'mission' of coming down to Earth to bring the Good News to the people at that time. He was born by virgin Mary, whose husband was Joseph. But Jesus wasn't conceived like any other baby like you and me..He was conceived by the Holy Spirit..meaning..He was Holy. He came..not to call on the righteous..but on the sick. Not the physically sick..but those who needed to be saved. He healed the blind, the lame, the deaf, the mute, the ones plaugued with leprosy, He rose the dead like Lazarus, and performed miracles like using 5 loaves and 2 fish to feed thousands of people. He came only for one purpose: to die for our sins on the cross.

Why do humans have sin in us? Because in the beginning when God created Adam and Eve..Eve believed in the lie of the serpent (devil) to eat the fruit from the tree of knowledge and evil. So..Man fell into sin and were separated from God from then on. But Jesus' blood will free us from all. If you believe that Jesus came to save you and I..through Him you will gain salvation. This means you can stand righteous before God, free from your past sins, and you gain access to Heaven (:

Why is 'cleansing' yourself so impt? Because our God is a Holy God..how can a Holy God stand sin? It is because He loves us so much..that He didn't want us to be separated from Him..be under the influence of the evil one..that's why He gave us His only son to free us from the bondage of sin. Which brings me to the famous Christian verse in the Bible, John 3:16 "For God so loved the world that He gave His only son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life".

So what do you need to do to get saved? It's so simple. Just accept Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Saviour. Acknowledge that He came to free you from your sins. And what do you have, a passport to Heaven! =)

So what is the big difference about Christianity and other religions? We guarantee salvation through Christ Jesus. We guarantee eternal life. Life in another world after you depart from your body. Have you ever wondered where you would be after you die? Be reincarnated? Be sent to see the King of Hades? I tell you..I will go to Heaven. Because Christ saves. Will you join me there?

The Bible tells us that whoever who does not believe in Christ, there is only one way: Hell. Heh..I'm not trying to scare you. But because you do not believe that Jesus can cleanse your sin..you cannot be pure and blameless and enter the kingdom of Heaven. So. Hell is? A place where there is eternal burning. To christians: Remember the commandment that Jesus gave us, His disciples? The Great Commission. Matthew 28:19-20 says "Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you slways, even to the end of age". The first step to discipleship? To be like Jesus. Have you been a light to the people around you today? Or have you shown ungodly gestures to your friends today? I pray you will "let your light shine before man..that they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in Heaven". We are the ambassadors of Christ (:
